This is a life saver. Sometimes hormonal shifts or stress will cause painful puffy red zits (the ones you cant pop) this is THE ONLY product that minimizes it/disappears it. I apply it 2x a day and within 3-5 days it is gone!! Really helps with cystic puffy red inflammed zits.
