The color & longevity of the balm are lovely. It definitely doesn't dey out the lips. The balm at the top of the stick was broken & uneven & did not apply easily, however. When I twisted the stick, it only became worse. I messaged the seller & she was wonderful & offered to send a replacement or a refund. The replacement has arrived & the balm is better, but still doesn't apply very easily from the stick. I will continue to use a lip brush to apply.
